Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an experienced Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to monitor security events and coordinate live audio/video interactions with monitored sites. You will verify alarms, intervene in real-time incidents, and carefully document actions for follow-up.

The role emphasizes rapid decision-making, clear communication, and teamwork within a 24/7 operations center. You will manage multi-level responsibilities, escalating as needed and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to remain calm under pressure in urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of locations.
• Communicate with sites using two-way audio/video surveillance.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Monitor and verify alarms, perform video verification when needed.
• Notify designated individuals and dispatch emergency services as required.
• Provide life safety support and basic alarm operations; de-escalate when needed.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
