Job summary

Amazon in Linden, NJ is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station, real-time support and guidance to ensure on-time deliveries and a great customer experience. You will collaborate with warehouse teams, delivery partners and customers, handling inquiries and issues with professionalism.

You will need strong communication, time management, and prosocial skills, plus the ability to work a full-time, on-site schedule in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively
• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
• Experience understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email
• Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs

• Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers
