Qualifications

• Experience supporting real estate transactions and closings.
• Understanding of due diligence and closing processes.
• Commercial or multifamily real estate experience preferred.
• Ability to track deadlines and manage multiple files.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support real estate transactions from due diligence through closing.
• Track transaction timelines, key dates, deliverables, and closing deadlines.
• Coordinate the collection and organization of due diligence and transaction documentation.
• Complete and assist with lender forms, closing documents, and transaction-related requests.
• Communicate with internal teams and external parties to obtain outstanding information and documentation.
• Maintain organized transaction files and ensure required documents are complete.
• Assist with document review and preparation throughout the closing process.
• Monitor outstanding items and follow up with appropriate parties to keep transactions moving forward.
• Provide general analytical and administrative support related to active transactions.
