Responsibilities

• Oversee real estate transactions from contract to close with timely execution.
• Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, addenda; maintain compliant records.
• Coordinate closing, title orders, and related documentation with title agencies.
• Maintain proactive client/agent communication and address concerns.
• Regularly update HubSpot CRM with transaction notes.
• Resolve issues promptly and assign tasks to meet deadlines.
• Support training of new team members on coordination processes.
