IPS Cash is seeking a dedicated Transaction Coordinator to move each real estate deal from contract to closing in a fast-paced environment in Nashua, NH. You’ll be the primary contact for sellers, attorneys, title companies, and our internal team, balancing people skills with meticulous record-keeping.

You will track deadlines, manage documents, and ensure nothing slips, with a focus on clear, timely updates and organized files in Salesforce. The role offers growth and a collaborative culture.

• Own and follow up on tasks without being asked.

Responsibilities

• Guide each file from contract to closing and keep every deadline on track.
• Keep sellers, attorneys, title companies, and the team informed with timely updates.
• Keep files organized and current in Salesforce.
• Spot problems early and bring solutions to the team.
• Join regular TC meetings and help improve processes.
• Follow up after closing to ensure sellers feel taken care of.
