The Blood Team Realty Group is seeking a dedicated Transaction Coordinator to support buyers and sellers from contract to close. Must be organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preference for active MA and NH real estate licenses; willing to obtain licensure if not yet licensed within a reasonable timeframe. Compensation starts at $45,000+ with plan earnings, in Pepperell, MA.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent organizational skills and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly.
• Active MA and NH real estate license preferred, or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the real estate process for home buyer and seller transactions from processing sales in our database to auditing and maintaining related files.
• Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly.
• Audit and maintain task management system and task lists.
• Interact with multiple parties to ensure real estate transactions close.
• Be the first point of contact/resource for all questions that arise throughout the closing process from the agent, client, attorneys, lenders, appraisers, and other transaction coordinators/co-broke agents, etc.)
• Support everyone on the real estate team in achieving their goals.
• Coordinate appointments such as appraisals, final walkthroughs, closings, etc.
