IPS Cash is seeking a dedicated Transaction Coordinator to move each real estate deal from contract to closing in a fast-paced environment in Nashua, NH. You’ll be the primary contact for sellers, attorneys, title companies, and our internal team, balancing people skills with meticulous record-keeping.

You will track deadlines, manage documents, and ensure nothing slips, with a focus on clear, timely updates and organized files in Salesforce. The role offers growth and a collaborative culture.

Be the person who keeps the deal moving, from signed contract to closing day.

Every deal at IPS Cash needs a steady hand guiding it across the finish line. That's you. As a Transaction Coordinator, you are the point person for sellers, attorneys, title companies, and our own team. Half of your job is the people side: clear, kind communication that helps a seller feel taken care of during a big life moment. The other half is the details: tracking deadlines, documents, and next steps so nothing slips. Both halves matter, and we want someone who enjoys both.
