You will handle client files, coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals, and assist closings with document preparation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an escrow coordinator, title processor and closer.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to work with multiple software programs.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle a high volume of work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and process client files.
• Coordinate with real estate professionals, buyers, sellers, and lenders.
• Assist Attorneys with coordinating and facilitating real estate closings, ensuring that all necessary documents are signed.
• Prepare documents for closings.
• Recording documents after closings.
• Assist with maintaining Attorneys' calendars and scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing documents.
• Assist clients with completing required paperwork and providing necessary documentation.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
• Record and store client information.
• Communicate with clients regarding their matter.
