Job summary

Premier Florida Title, LLC is seeking a Title Coordinator/Escrow Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL. You will support all aspects of the title and closing process, preparing and reviewing title commitments and closing documents while coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and clients to ensure files are complete, accurate and compliant.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with clear written and verbal interactions with clients, lenders and internal teams.
• Demonstrated customer service with a client-focused approach and ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Knowledge of title insurance and real estate closing processes, with experience in residential and/or commercial transactions preferred.
• Ability to provide training and guidance to team members or partners on title procedures and documentation when needed.
• Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail in document review and file management.
• Proficiency with office software, document management systems, and basic data entry; experience with title or closing software is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Altamonte Springs, FL, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
• Prior experience in a title company, law firm, or real estate office is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree beneficial.
