Job summary

Setpoint Consultants Inc. in Florida is seeking a Title Closer/Escrow Officer for our Pensacola branch to join the processing team, prepare files for closing, and conduct closings with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of title closing/processing experience, TRID knowledge, a Florida Notary, and strong communication skills; a Florida Agent's license is a plus. Compliance with laws and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
• 2-5 years of related title closing or processing experience required. TRID knowledge is mandatory.
• Ability to understand and interpret more complex closings, including REO and Short Sale
• Florida Notary required. Florida Agent's license desired.
• Ability to pass Criminal and Credit background checks.

Responsibilities

We have a growing statewide title company with a branch in Pensacola that is looking for a Title Closer.

Title Closer/Escrow Officer:

Candidate will work with the processing team to prepare files for closing, prepare settlement statements, and conduct closings. Candidates must have at least 3 years of recent Florida experience as a Title Closer/Escrow Officer. The candidate will ensure that their own work, as well as the work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Salary is $65,000-$75,000
