Rock Solid Law & Title is seeking a full-time Real Estate Assistant to support our Real Estate Closer in a fast-paced Florida law firm. You will coordinate information, communicate with Realtors and clients, and support signings and file preparation.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn the real estate closing process, serving as a key contact for Realtors and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with real estate transactions, closings, or title offices is a plus.
• Strong communication with Realtors, clients, and team members.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Realtors and parties in closings.
• Collect, organize, and track documents for transactions.
• Schedule and conduct real estate signings and file preparation.
• Monitor progress and follow up to meet deadlines.
• Maintain CRM records and case pipelines.
