Built is seeking a Client Support Representative in Nashville to deliver proactive, friendly assistance across phone, email, and chat. You’ll troubleshoot issues, guide users through features, and advocate for customers to improve the platform experience.

With 2+ years in technical support or customer service, you’ll explain complex concepts clearly, collaborate with teammates, and help maintain knowledge bases while meeting performance metrics.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
• Great listener with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
• Familiarity with customer support tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Google Suite).
• Team player with a positive attitude and respect for colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely, effective support via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting technical issues and communicating solutions clearly.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
• Log and categorize incidents to extract customer and product insights.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge bases.
• Continuously expand knowledge of Built’s products and tools.
• Meet performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate to streamline support processes and raise standards.
