Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, ideally in B2B textiles, manufacturing, or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and fast learner with systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries about products, orders, and pricing.
• Process orders and manage backorders in ERP system.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve product/service issues.
• Maintain customer records in HubSpot.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Manage the sample process from request to delivery.
