Luxury Presence is seeking an Online Support Representative to assist customers with issues and requests while using our real estate growth platform. You will resolve queries, guide users through features, and escalate problems to the Product Team as needed.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, thinks quickly, and applies technical knowledge to web standards. Experience with Salesforce and other help desk tools is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Technical CS experience
• Understanding of frontend and backend systems
• Familiar with CRM systems and help desk tooling
• Ability to guide clients through product features
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn and adapt to new tech

• Respond to customer requests via Salesforce chat and email
• Identify customer needs and help clients use product features
• Analyze and report product issues with tested scenarios
• Email clients with updates and follow-ups
• Report technical issues to Product Team
• Share feature requests and workarounds with team
• Gather customer feedback for Product, Sales, Marketing
• Assist in training junior Customer Support Specialists
• Support teammates as needed
