Role Description

As a key member of our team, the Real Estate Team Mentor will guide and support real estate agents in achieving their professional goals. Responsibilities include providing mentorship, sharing industry expertise, supporting agents in real estate transactions, and offering strategies to grow their businesses. You will play an essential role in fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within our team, all while working remotely.

• Strong background in Sales and Real Property transactions

• Real estate license and prior experience in the real estate industry preferred
