• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple mentees, training activities, and follow-up in a structured manner.
• Familiarity with real estate technology tools, CRM systems, and standard office software to support hybrid work and remote collaboration.
• Active Arizona real estate license (or eligibility to obtain) and commitment to high ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on mentoring and coaching REALTORS, including organizing training sessions, leading one-on-one development meetings, and providing guidance on sales strategies and client relationship management. Daily responsibilities may include reviewing agents’ pipelines, advising on contracts and negotiations, sharing best practices in lead generation, and supporting ethical and compliant real estate practices. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to refine mentoring programs, tracking mentee performance, and contributing to a supportive, learning-oriented team culture.

Qualifications
