FirstTeam® is hiring a Real Estate Team Leader in Mission Viejo, CA. This full-time, hybrid role oversees and mentors a team of agents, delivering coaching, performance feedback, and support to achieve production goals and professional development.

You will drive listing and sales activity, guide agents through residential and commercial transactions, ensure compliance, and collaborate with brokerage leadership to implement strategies and growth plans.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills with clear guidance and client-facing communication.
• Hands-on brokerage experience with familiarity in real estate transaction processes, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven Team Leadership and Team Management abilities including mentoring, performance oversight, and conflict resolution.
• Experience or working knowledge in Commercial Real Estate to support agents in commercial transactions.
• Track record of successful residential or commercial sales and team or office leadership.
• Comfort with technology, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools used in modern real estate operations.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client service and agent success.

This role oversees and mentors a team of real estate professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and support to help agents achieve their production and professional development goals. The Team Leader is responsible for driving listing and sales activity, guiding agents through residential and commercial transactions, and ensuring compliance with brokerage policies and industry regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading team meetings, coordinating training, supporting marketing initiatives, and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture. The role also involves working closely with brokerage leadership to implement company strategies, track team metrics, and contribute to business growth
