We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Responsibilities:

1. Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication.
2. Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry.
3. Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program.
4. Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process.
5. Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful.

Qualifications:

1. Familiar with online job posting tools.
2. At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Must have a college degree.
5. Great at time management and organization.

Compensation:

$30,000 - $64,000 per year
