Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
• Proven sales mindset with prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-starter with motivation to exceed goals and work independently.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, consult, and close residential transactions with buyers, sellers, and renters.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct listing presentations, consultations, showings, and open houses.
• Manage full sales pipeline from initial lead to closing.
• Perform CMAs to price properties competitively.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize client value.
• Use Weichert CRM and automated marketing to track leads and boost closings.
• Stay informed on local market trends and competition.
