Job summary

Compass International Holdings is seeking a Sales Manager to work closely with the Branch Manager to drive production, recruit and coach agents, and promote a culture where agents thrive and grow their careers. You will oversee branch operations, train agents on company tools, ensure compliance with RESPA and Fair Housing, and deliver strong presentations to staff and partners.

This leadership role requires 3+ years in real estate sales, a valid license, and proven coaching and public speaking

Qualifications

• Three+ years’ experience selling real estate.
• Active Real Estate License required.
• Proficient with PCs and Macs; able to learn new software quickly.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills with impeccable grammar.
• Experience in training, coaching, and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, acquire, and retain productive sales associates with coaching and onboarding.
• Support branch operations to maximize profit and growth through training on tools and programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal laws including RESPA and Fair Housing.
