Job summary

Compass is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and coach a large agent population in our Denver office. You will guide strategic planning, monitor performance, and maintain a high-performance culture while aligning with our vision and goals.

You will closely collaborate with regional leadership to implement sales initiatives, relay market trends, and drive adoption of Compass technology and services. A broker license and real estate experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years as Associate Sales Manager or 5+ years in real estate sales/sales management.
• Deep understanding of local real estate contracts and laws.
• Must obtain state license requirements for operating areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a large agent population to drive revenue and efficiency.
• Retain agents and foster an exceptional company culture.
• Lead regular office-wide agent meetings for growth planning and policy updates.
• Relay market intelligence from Research to agents and leadership.
• Drive adoption of Compass tech and ancillary services within the agent population.
