Compass is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and mentor a large population of real estate agents in a 100% in-office role. You will drive growth through coaching, market intelligence, and strategic initiatives while aligning with company goals and regional leadership.

You will foster an exceptional culture, guide office-wide meetings, and ensure agents achieve personal sales targets with strong collaboration with the executive team.

Qualifikationen

• Personal Real Estate Sales experience with 5+ years licensed; broker license preferred
• At least 2 years as Associate Sales Manager or 5+ years in real estate sales/management
• Deep understanding of local real estate contracts and laws
• Must hold Broker license in Kansas and Missouri
