Job summary

Compass International Holdings is seeking a Sales Manager to support the Branch Manager in selling the Coldwell Banker value proposition and coaching agents to grow their production. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring agents, while ensuring branch operations maximize profit and maintain compliance with RESPA, Fair Housing, and applicable laws.

Qualifications

Three+ years of real estate sales experience.
Active Real Estate License required.
Tech-savvy with PC/Mac; proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to learn new software; strong presentation skills.
Experience in training, coaching and leading teams preferred.
Excellent grammar and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

Recruit, acquire, and retain productive sales associates by supporting the Branch Manager with agent recruiting and onboarding.
Support branch operations, coaching agents on company tools and programs, and driving growth.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, RESPA and Fair Housing standards.
