Compass is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a large agent population, coach teams, and align sales initiatives with company goals. You will work closely with regional leadership to implement policies, develop growth plans, and drive adoption of Compass technology, while maintaining an exceptional culture.

The role is a 100% in-office position in Aspen or Vail, requiring a real estate background with licensing and a track record of leadership, coaching, and delivering results in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Personal sales experience as a Realtor with 5+ years licensed.
• At least two years as an Associate Sales Manager or 5+ years in real estate sales/management.
• Deep understanding of local real estate contracts and laws.
• Must obtain the state license requirements for any jurisdiction operated.

Responsibilities

• Lead agent population, motivating, coaching and mentoring sales agents.
• Retain and coach Compass agents while fostering a strong culture.
• Lead office-wide agent meetings for growth, reviews, updates.
• Relay market intelligence from Research & Business Development to agents.
• Provide business planning guidance and professional development.
• Develop initiatives to boost agent productivity and adoption of Compass tech.
• Track metrics and platform adoption to drive revenue.
