Job summary

JLL in Washington, DC is seeking an Associate Broker in a team-based role to support senior brokers in business development, client outreach, and proposal development. The position includes training through JLL University and direct client interaction on lease analyses, market overviews, and presentation materials.

The successful candidate will have 0–4 years in CRE or B2B sales, strong analytical abilities, and a drive to grow within a corporate real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable success in business development and sales production.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.
• 0–4 years of commercial real estate or B2B sales experience; willingness to grow in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University, a 13-week training program for Associate Brokers.
• Support senior brokers in business development and outreach to brokers and clients.
• Work with senior brokers on proposals, marketing materials, and client presentations.
• Develop materials for clients (lease comparisons, market overviews, presentations).
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Provide clients with market information and maintain prospect contacts.
• Contribute to local market research requests (snapshots, decks, research).
• Review and understand financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models.
