Qualifikationen

• Minimum 0–4+ years of commercial real estate or business-to-business sales experience.
• Demonstrable success in business development and sales production.
• Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.

Aufgaben

• Attend JLL University (JLLU) training program for new Associate Brokers.
• Support senior brokers in developing new business and outreach to leads (cold calls, warm calls, emails).
• Work with senior brokers on proposals, prepare property books, and create client presentations.
• Develop materials for clients (lease comparisons, market overviews, presentations).
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Provide clients with industry and market information and maintain prospect contact info.
• Conduct property showings and client meetings; travel in NY Metro area.
• Contribute to local market research requests (market snapshots, decks).
• Review and understand financial models, cash flow projections, and valuations.
