Job summary

JLL in the United States is seeking an Associate Broker to launch or advance a commercial real estate brokerage career. This team-based role engages with owners, C-suite, and corporate real estate decision makers, reporting to Senior Team Leaders.

The ideal candidate has 0-4+ years in CRE or B2B sales, a strong work ethic, and a drive to build new business through market research, proposals, and client presentations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0-4+ years of commercial real estate or B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrable success in business development and sales production.

Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University training, a 10-week program for Associate Brokers.
• Support senior brokers in initiating business development and outreach to new leads (cold calls, warm calls, emails).
• Prepare property summary books and create new business presentations.
• Collaborate with senior brokers to develop client materials (lease comparisons, market overviews, decks).
• Shadow brokers in negotiation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Provide clients with market information and maintain prospect data.
• Contribute to local market research: snapshots, overviews, quarterly decks, research requests.
• Review financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models.
