Westcor Land Title Insurance Company® is seeking a Real Estate Purchase Coordinator to support real estate closings. You will coordinate pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities, ensuring accurate communication with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys.

Responsibilities include reviewing settlement statements, coordinating document signing, approving disbursements, and ensuring compliance with contracts and title policies.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with title or closing company is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to present issues clearly in verbal and written forms.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate real estate purchase closings and related activities.
• Communicate accurately and punctually with clients, lenders, agents, and brokers.
• Prepare, review, and approve settlement statements and closing disclosures.
• Coordinate signing of closing documents as directed by parties.
• Approve disbursements per instructions and law.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, settlements, deeds, mortgages, and title policies.
• Assist with document corrections with consumers or attorneys/notaries.
• Work with post-closing to record documents and issue policies.
• Collaborate with back office, offshore teams, lenders, Realtors, buyers, and sellers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
