Job summary

Westcor Land Title Insurance Company seeks a Purchase Transaction Coordinator to manage pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals in a fast-paced setting.

The role focuses on preparing settlement statements, coordinating document signing, and ensuring compliance with title policies and mortgages while collaborating with post-closing teams and stakeholders to move files toward successful closings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience with title or closing company preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• National purchase closing experience preferable.
• Experience utilizing ResWare or similar closing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities with clients, lenders, and agents.
• Prepare and review residential settlement statements and closing disclosures.
• Coordinate signing of closing documents and approve disbursements.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, settlement statements, mortgages, deeds, and title policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, title agents, lenders, Realtors, buyers, and sellers.
