Job summary

Westcor Land Title Insurance Company is seeking a Commercial Title Processor to efficiently enter and submit title and loan documents, open orders, and track applicant progress in our system.

You will coordinate with the commercial team, title officers, and underwriters to prepare title insurance policies, binders, commitments, and HUD-1 settlement statements, while ensuring closing instructions and regulatory requirements are followed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial title and closing.
• National purchase and refinance experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing ResWare or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and submit title and loan documents into software to open orders and track progress.
• Liaise with commercial team to ensure all items are complete and settlement figures are accurate.
• Prepare title insurance policy, binders, title commitments, and HUD-1 statements with the loan closer.
• Follow closing instructions and coordinate with loan officer, mortgage loan processor, and underwriter.
• Provide administrative support and data entry for the department.
