Westcor Land Title Insurance Company in Harmonville, PA is seeking a Closing Specialist to coordinate real estate closings and manage the full lifecycle of closing transactions. You will assemble, prepare, review, and verify loan closing documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires clear communication with lenders, title companies, borrowers and settlement agents, plus the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with title or closing company preferred.
• National title closing experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, prepare, review, and verify closing documents for loan closings.
• Prepare preliminary and final settlement statements and Closing Disclosures (CD) and ALTA statements.
• Review and revise closing documents to meet lender and regulatory requirements before transmission.
• Coordinate the closing process, including scheduling signings and ensuring completeness.
• Perform final pre-closing reviews of title fees, taxes, premiums, endorsements, vesting, and checklists.
• Serve as liaison between lenders, title companies, borrowers, and settlement agents.
• Support post-closing activities and transition to funding/recording.
• Manage an active pipeline and meet service level agreements.
