Job summary

Landtrust Title Services seeks an Escrow Officer to coordinate closing documents with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents. You will disburse funds, balance files in ResWare, and verify documents for regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include reviewing title commitments, collecting clearance items, and attending closings to ensure proper signatures and smooth handoffs between Realtors and lenders. Notary commission required; strong organization is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in title or real estate closing processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
• Ability to balance multiple files and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closing documents with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents.
• Enter closing figures and balance files in ResWare software.
• Disburse funds and ensure documents meet legal/regulatory standards.
• Respond to emails/phone calls per CX guidelines and manage inquiries.
• Attend closings and ensure proper signatures and dates.
• Review title commitments and mortgage payoffs for accuracy.
