Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial title and closing.
• National purchase and refinance experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing ResWare or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and submit title and loan documents into software to open orders.
• Liaise with commercial team to ensure items are complete, settlement figures are accurate, and the transaction is recorded.
• Prepare title commitments, binders, and HUD-1 statements with the title officer and underwriter.
• Ensure closing instructions are followed and underwriting commitments are satisfied.
• Coordinate with loan officers, processors, and underwriters to resolve issues.
• Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
