Job summary

Westcor Global is seeking a Closing Specialist to coordinate real estate closings and manage the full lifecycle of closing transactions. You will assemble, prepare, review and verify loan documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and support lenders, title companies, borrowers and settlement partners to keep files accurate and on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Baccalaureate degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience with title or closing company preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• National title closing experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, prepare, review, and verify documents for loan closings (contracts, settlement statements, CDs, mortgages, deeds, title policies).
• Prepare preliminary and final settlement statements and manage revisions.
• Revise closing documents to meet lender requirements and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate closing process including scheduling and document signings.
• Perform final pre-closing reviews of title fees, taxes, premiums, endorsements, vesting and checklists.
• Serve as liaison between lenders, title companies, borrowers and settlement agents.
• Collaborate with disbursement and post-closing teams for a seamless transition.
• Support post-closing activities including revisions to CDs or ALTA statements.
• Manage an active pipeline of files and provide back-office coverage as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
