Job summary

Seven Star Properties in Simi Valley/Greater Los Angeles Area is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Property Management Assistant to support property management tasks, tenant communications, and coordination with city and utility departments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with rental properties, familiarity with Los Angeles rent stabilization programs, rent adjustment filings, LADWP coordination, and the ability to navigate government paperwork.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in property management, tenant communications, and maintenance scheduling.
• Familiar with rent stabilization programs (RSO) and related filings.
• Experience preparing and filing rent adjustment applications.
• Experience coordinating LADWP electrical service and city/utility matters.
• Ability to navigate government departments and file paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Navigate government and utility departments to file and follow up paperwork.
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, and property records across multiple properties.
• Communicate with tenants and manage day-to-day operations.
