Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager in the Energy and natural resources sector to lead project management for real estate initiatives. You will coordinate planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout while working directly with clients on scope, cost estimates, budgets, work plans and milestones.

You will define resources, run RFQs, evaluate bids, ensure governance, and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope of work, budgets, work plans, milestones and risk management.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFQs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely, coordinated project documentation.
• Guide the project delivery team to achieve goals and report progress.
• Develop action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule and track variances.
• Identify threats and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
