Job summary

Turner & Townsend is a global professional services firm seeking a lead Project Manager to deliver multi-disciplinary real estate projects with direct accountability for outcomes. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, quality and risk, while coordinating with clients to define requirements and scope.

Lead a small delivery team, ensure governance and maintain robust documentation. A Bachelor's degree is required; PMP and LEED AP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Prior project management experience preferred.
• PMP and LEED AP preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of financial terms and basic financial analysis; MS Office skills.
• Ability to read architectural drawings; knowledge of leases and contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects.
• Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements; prepares scope of work, budget, work plan and milestones.
• Identifies resources, conducts simple RFPs, completes bid analysis, and recommends resources.
• Leads project delivery resources/team and provides project guidance to achieve goals.
• Implements communication plans, meetings, and governance; ensures data integrity and timely documentation.
• Tracks progress, reports status, and creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
• Manages change requests, risk mitigation, and contingency plans with management support.
• Oversees 3rd party resources and monitors performance.
