Job summary

Turner & Townsend in San Francisco is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex real estate projects, accountable for delivery from planning through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, quality and risk, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and interfacing with clients to define requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, PMP and LEED AP preferred, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Project and Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Prior project management experience is preferred.
• PMI PMP and LEED AP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Reads and applies standard documents affecting projects, including contracts, leases, charters, surveys, and drawings.
• Interfaces with clients to define requirements; prepares scope, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, QA and risk.
• Identifies resources, conducts simple RFPs and bid analyses; recommends resources to clients.
• Leads project delivery resources/team to achieve goals and deliverables.
• Implements and facilitates project meetings; communicates status and minutes to stakeholders.
• Maintains governance and ensures data integrity and timely documentation.
• Tracks progress against budgets and timelines; reports variances and creates action plans.
• Implements change management and processes change orders with client approvals.
• Manages 3rd party resources and monitors performance.
