Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager for an onsite Hartford, CT role, delivering consulting services to drive real estate and capital improvement projects. You will manage initiation to closeout, coordinate with clients on scope, cost estimates, schedules, and governance, and guide the project delivery team to meet objectives.

The role requires 5-8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree (LEED AP, PMP, CCM preferred), and solid MS Office and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP and CCM designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with clients on scope, budgets, schedules, and risk.
• Lead the project delivery team and monitor progress against plan.
• Ensure documentation governance and data integrity.
