Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Management Consultant to deliver consulting services for real estate projects, from initiation through completion. You will manage scope, budget, and schedules, working closely with clients to meet objectives and maintain high-quality governance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project teams, risk management, and the application of standard PM practices. On-site presence may be required, with opportunities to contribute to diverse market-leading

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources.

Responsibilities

Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Work directly with clients to prepare all project elements: scope, resources, cost estimates, budget, schedule, quality, and risks.
Define delivery resources, conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
Ensure project data integrity and timely documentation.
Lead the project delivery team and guide progress toward objectives.
