Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a CBRE Project Management Consultant to deliver consulting services for real estate projects from initiation through completion. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and governance while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for single real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, budgets, timelines, and quality control plans.
• Define resources, issue RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.
• Implement governance and ensure data integrity and reporting.
• Lead project delivery teams and monitor progress against plans.
• Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Explain complex information and build consensus.
• Coach others and align with CBRE RISE values.
