Job summary

Life Space Digital is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive partnerships with property owners, developers, and operators in office and multifamily spaces, building territory strategies and managing deals from outreach to close.

You will own market development within assigned territories, build relationships with asset managers, and coordinate with marketing and operations to unlock new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business development, strategic partnerships, or related field.
• Experience building relationships with property owners, operators, asset managers, or real estate decision-makers.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline, lead outreach, and close partnership or sales agreements.
• Familiar with office, multifamily, retail, or commercial real estate markets in major U.S. cities.
• Experience using a CRM; HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own market development and partner outreach within assigned territories.
• Set and execute territory strategies to drive partner acquisition across key markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with property groups, asset managers, and portfolio owners.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with support from internal marketing and operations teams.
