Life Space Digital is reshaping the out-of-home media landscape through digital screens in high-traffic environments. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to build partnerships with property owners and operators in the office and multifamily space.

You will develop territory strategies, manage a high-volume pipeline, and close long-term agreements that unlock new revenue. The base pay range is $72,000–$90,000 with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in business development, strategic partnerships or related fields.
• Experience building relationships with property owners, operators or real estate decision-makers.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline, lead outreach, and close deals.
• Familiarity with office, multifamily, retail, or commercial real estate markets in major U.S. metros.

Responsibilities

• Own market development and partner outreach within assigned territories.
• Set and execute territory strategies to drive partner acquisition.
• Build and nurture relationships with property groups, asset managers, and portfolio owners.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with internal marketing and operations support.
• Close long-term agreements that create strategic value and unlock revenue opportunities.
