Job summary

Life Space Digital is reshaping the out-of-home media landscape with digital screens in office, multifamily, and retail environments. We seek a Business Development Manager to build strategic partnerships with property owners and operators, developing territory strategies and managing deals from outreach to close.

You will work with leadership to execute go-to-market plans, manage a high-volume pipeline, and collaborate across teams to deliver on revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, commercial real estate sales, or a related field.
• Experience developing relationships with property owners, operators, asset managers, or real estate decision-makers.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline, lead outreach, and close partnership or sales agreements.
• Familiarity with office, multifamily, retail, or commercial real estate markets in major U.S. cities.

Responsibilities

• Own market development and partner outreach within assigned territories.
• Set and execute territory strategies to drive partner acquisition across key markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with property groups, asset managers, and portfolio owners.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with support from internal marketing and operations teams.
• Close long-term agreements that create strategic value and unlock revenue opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support handoffs and implementation.
• Share market intelligence on landlord priorities, competitive trends, and partner needs.
