Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in business development or related field.
• Experience building relationships with property owners, operators, asset managers, or real estate decision-makers.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline and close partnership or sales agreements.
• Familiarity with office, multifamily, retail, or commercial real estate markets in major US metros.
• Strong communication skills; ability to tailor value propositions to different stakeholders.
• Comfortable in early-stage and scaling environments with high performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own market development and partner outreach within assigned territories.
• Drive prospect engagement and support multi-site deal execution.
• Collaborate with leadership to support go-to-market strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with property groups, asset managers, and portfolio owners.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with support from internal marketing and operations teams.
• Close long-term agreements that create strategic value and unlock revenue opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support smooth handoffs and implementation.
• Share market intelligence on landlord priorities, competitive trends, and partner needs.
