Team Francesco is seeking a driven and results-oriented Listing Agent to join our top-performing real estate team. Responsibilities:

1. Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals
2. Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business
3. Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
4. Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
5. Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly
6. Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
7. Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings
8. Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
9. Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
10. Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments

Qualifications:

1. Must have a valid Real Estate License
2. Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
3. At least one year of work experience in real estate sales
4. Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
5. Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
6. Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone

Compensation:
