Job summary

Legora, an AI-native legal workspace, seeks a Real Estate Legal Operations & Product Specialist who blends legal expertise with technology to help leading law firms and in-house teams maximize Legora's value.

You will partner with clients, design practical Real Estate workflows, deliver product demos, and work with product, engineering and customer success to translate client feedback into product improvements.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a lawyer with experience in Real Estate at a leading firm or in-house team.
• Strong understanding of Real Estate legal workflows and challenges for modern legal teams.
• Curiosity about technology and AI, with enthusiasm for product development.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly with lawyers, PMs and engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Ability to build credibility quickly with senior legal professionals.
• Proactive, self-directed approach balancing multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building relationships and identifying opportunities to deepen use of Legora.
• Own the legal workstream across the customer journey from pilots to firm-wide adoption.
• Design practical Real Estate workflows embedding Legora into daily practice for measurable impact.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops, and training for legal professionals.
• Guide clients through applying generative AI to Real Estate work and its business value.
• Voice of the customer, feeding insights into product development and roadmap priorities.
• Build scalable playbooks and knowledge resources to improve delivery as we grow.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to translate feedback into product improvements.
