Job summary

CoStar Group in Atlanta is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Analyst to join our Atlanta-based Lease Services team. You will review commercial leases, summarize key terms, rents and maintenance obligations, and input data into the CoStar Real Estate Manager system with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in high-volume legal document review and strong reading comprehension, with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and Acrobat.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume legal document review, contract analysis, or legal summarization.
• Exceptional reading comprehension, legal literacy, and the ability to accurately synthesize complex contracts.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret commercial leases, amendments, licenses, and related documents.
• Abstract leases and supporting documents into CoStar Real Estate Manager per training.
• Summarize data accurately without compromising legal intent.
• Identify critical data elements such as dates, lease options, rent, CPI, taxes, and maintenance obligations.
• Audit key financial terms and dates in agreements and meet daily production goals with high accuracy.
• Communicate discrepancies and raise questions as needed; adapt to changing requirements.
