Job summary

CoStar Group, Atlanta-based, is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Analyst to join the Lease Services team. You will review commercial leases, abstract data into CoStar Real Estate Manager, and ensure accurate summaries of terms, rent, and obligations.

The role requires strong reading comprehension and contract knowledge. Located in Atlanta, the position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of experience in high-volume legal document review, contract analysis, or legal summarization.
• Exceptional reading comprehension and ability to synthesize complex contracts.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret commercial leases, amendments, licenses, and related documents.
• Abstract leases into CoStar Real Estate Manager’s system following procedures.
• Summarize data without altering legal meaning and identify key data elements.
• Perform audits of financial terms and dates in legal documents.
