• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded KM expert for Real Estate practice groups (Construction, MFH, Public Finance).
• Own curation of knowledge artifacts and precedents in KM databases and libraries.
• Develop and maintain KM strategies and systems tailored to practice needs.
• Create, organize, and maintain model documents, forms, and drafting guidance.
• Capture user feedback to improve KM tools and processes.
• Review materials to relay legal market trends and best practices.
• Identify gaps and curate attorney contributions to fill them.
• Lead KM innovation projects aligned with firm goals and measure ROI.
• Promote technology adoption and change management across the firm.
• Collaborate with KM, AI, and Practice Mgmt teams to identify knowledge needs.
• Support onboarding of new associates and partners to KM goals.
